We just got back from the grand canyon, it was very chilly so we didn't spend alot of time there, so we decided on a whim to stop at the IMAX on the way back and we were so glad we did!!! It takes you on a helicopter tour along with rafting and explains how it came to be found... More

This was a movie about what we went to see, this showed the canyon in the summer months so a good advertisement for returning to the Canyon when it was warmer. Good introduction to what there is to see and do whilst your stay at the edge of the world More

It is great to see the IMAX just outside the park if you can. We saw it after visiting the GC, but seeing it before would be preferable. It gives you more perspective. Note-the visitor's center does have a video that describes much of the same, and it is free, the IMAX is as always pretty expensive. But we were... More

We got the best seats to watch one of the best REAL IMAX movies of the Grand Canyon. Even my two year old enjoyed it, with his jaws dropped. Best Western and many others offer some discount. Mentioning any of these business's name may help to get it. More

It was okay. Learned a bit of history about the discovery and exploration of the Grand Canyon. It was pricey and 35 minutes long. Not one of the best IMAX films. Not a "must-see" - just a time-killer More

"story" is poorly developed and only a few scenes that take advantage of iMax. More

There's not much to do in Tusayan in the evening, if anything, so we decided to go there and spend some time. The movie is nice but short (34min or so) and it is kind of pricey in the end ($12.5). You may be able to get a 10% discount voucher at your hotel. I wish there were a largest... More
