Tubac Center of the Arts is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to the celebration and promotion of the arts through education, exhibitions, performances, and the collection and presentation of art that honors the artistic and historic heritage of Tubac and the Santa Cruz Valley. We provide nationally juried exhibitions as well as members only exhibitions, a children's summer arts program, art workshops, a gift shop, and ongoing events throughout the year. Every time I visit Tubac I make sure to stop by the Tubac Art Center, whether to see a show or to check out the unique gifts. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the art is always enjoyable.

The Tubac Center of the Arts provides a wonderful center of social and community arts events for this art oriented community. I think Sunny is misinformed about the Art Festival in Tubac in Feburary. It is a Chamber of Commerce event and has nothing to do with the Art Center. The festival is a great event and the Chamber deserves the credit. The Chamber seems to do more for art in this community than the Art Center. If only the Art...

Haven't been to Tubac before and wasn't able to take in all there was to see but the Feb 2012 art fair is one of the best art fairs we have been too. Lots of diversification and lots of vendors but the space is such that you can easily move about and enjoy all there is too see. Check it...

This center could be a gem of an art center in the southwest and a destination. Unfortunately it is stuck in the past. If it had a vision and included the greater community it has the potential to move forward. Wonder what is holding it back?
