This place really hit a home run. A standing show of the Tucson 7 was incredibly impressive and while the juried show of locals was not nearly the caliber, it was fun.

This place is spread over quite a large area, there's lots and lots of things to look at and I particularly loved the cute little buildings and the mountain backdrop. We spent a large part of afternoon exploring and wandering around - you do need to allow a fair amount of time and wear comfy shoes. Great place to visit.

The Tubac Center of the Arts frequently changes its exhibits featuring local artists. You will see paintings done in all mediums, sculpture, photography, fabrics, and jewelry. The exhibits change frequently so it is a "must" stop every time you visit Tubac. Also, it has a small gift shop that has something for every age. Bring your children to give them... More

There are many galleries in this town, but this is a good place to start off with. Good place to park your car, and walk around the town.

Much more unique galleries and shops than we expected. Many unique and original pieces, First look is a lot of the typical metal art that you see many places but if you go further into the area you will find many beautiful options,

A beautiful village of Mexican/Indian art, crafts, museum, and food of many choices. Easy parking, easy walking (but lots of it if you 'see it all'). Save room in your trunk for Mexican pots and pewter and crafts you didn't even know you needed. A full day of learning, exploring, shopping, food, music, and all-day fun.

Tubac Center of the Arts is a great place to visit. Lots of good local art some of which is on permanent display but which typically has a new exhibition that is of interest. I think of this as the Heart of Tubac. Different from but complementary to the commercial galleries, several of which are very good as well. The... More

Unfortunately, they were setting up an exhibit, so not able to see everything... But very happy to see that the exhibit was of High School artists!! Fantastic! Some great up n coming artists. Always worth a visit here.

This is a gem! Not only do they have an outstanding selection of art from various artists for sale, they also have a splendid gallery of art by nationally famous artists. All of this in a relaxing setting with music by local musicians (at times). It is worth a visit just for enjoyment, but also a great chance to buy... More
