Lee, Elaine and their staff of talented local guides provided a lifetime of memories for me and my family during our one-week trip to Guatemala. The most important and outstanding thing about this team is that not only do they have amazing facilities and equipment for hire, but a depth of breadth and knowledge that, in my experiences of many... We found Los Elementos on VRBO and spent 4 nights with them and had an excellent experience. Lee made our travel arrangements to travel from Antigua to Panajanchel and then to Los Elementos in Santa Cruz where we stayed for 4 nights. He also arranged travel back to Guatemala City for our departure. Everything went so smoothly. While we were... More

I have to start by saying how negligent I've been in not writing a review sooner. I visited Lake Atitlan two summers ago (dates on review drop down don't go that far back). Lee and Elaine made the trip an amazing experience that I will always remember. I just got caught up in the rat race after the trip and... More

My wife and I spent one full day with Los Elementos guide, Lee, traveling across Lake Atitlan to visit two villages - San Juan and Santiago - and had a fabulous time! We started the day with a bracing trip across the lake to take in a delicious breakfast at the gorgeous Posada de Santiago. After breakfast, we hopped on... More

We just came back from a two-week trip to Guatemala, and the three days we spent with Lee and his local assistant Sam was the most memorable cultural experience during our visit. We contacted Lee a few days before our trip for a possible tour of Comalapa and Iximche while traveling from Antigua to Panajachel. Lee responded quickly and gave... More

Okay you find The Dream Adventure Vacation on-line, your read the reviews, look at the video, send a lot of e-mails, have all your answers taken care. Which by the way Lee is amazing at offering options and ideas. You arrive in Pana and are met as discussed with Lee and then off to Santa Cruz. What we found on... More

I visited Lake Atitlan with a friend in January 2012 after traveling to Guatemala for a wedding. We hired Lee (owner of Los Elementos / Kayak Atitlan / Kayak Guatemala) to be our guide for two days of hiking, kayaking and cultural experience. It was an absolutely incredible adventure that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to experience the... More

My husband and I signed up for the 7 day multisport package with Lee Beal. Lee and Elaine were the perfect hosts. We stayed at their casita where we had privacy, great food, and a perfect view of the lake. Lee is a great guide, cultural attache, and fixer. He sized us up the first day and customized the tour... I spent two weeks on beautiful Lake Atitlan (in a house a friend and I had rented) and visited many villages on the lake, using the lanchas to go from one to the other. But I was hungry for a different experience and a feel for the mountains, so I contacted Lee and signed up for a day with him.... More

My husband and I booked a tour with Lee Beal ahead of time here in U.S. to take us around for the day. He picked us up at our hotel in Santa Catarina and took us for a nice cup of coffee and a local store in Panajachel that had freshly baked cinnamon rolls. We then started the day with... More
