We love Bamboo Yoga Play and go to a class each time we are in Dominical. We have never had a bad class. The teachers are all friendly, lead a great class and are engaging. I always look forward to classes here! Two thumbs up for this studio!

I love this yoga studio when in Dominical. Sophia and her instructors are wonderful and the space is incredible. I also love to see what's new in the boutique as she has clothing, jewelry and misc items for sale.

Sofhia is a fabulous teacher and dancer. She has classes that combine both yoga and dance. With her background in movement/dance therapy she is bound to introduce you to something new, so try it.

This oasis in the center of Dominical was a breathe of joy as we travelled through the area. The cabin we stayed in was clean and perfect and yoga in the morning was dreamy! Sofiah was amazing!!!! I look forward to returning again soon!!!
