I will not shop anywhere that I feel unsafe just getting to my car or going into a restroom. This place is in one of the worst neighborhoods in Tempe. Such a waste of money. The locals cannot afford to shop there.

This is supposably a big place for human traffiking. This is not the only reason I choose not to go the Arizona Mills unless I have to, but it is also always packed full of people. It isnt your average mall, I would compare it to a festival-the type that you can only walk the speed of the crowd...well that's... More

We spent the whole day eating, shopping, haircuts, and playing in the arcade. ... We had a lovely day. ... The place was clean and wide. ... A lots of things to do like sealife, arcade, massage, haircuts, eyebrows shaping, petshop and movie other than shopping. ... Sealife was very unique and good for little children. ... we had fun... This mall is huge. It has a Rainforest Cafe and a food court with a variety of options. You can definitely get your steps in at this mall.

I am a mall person. I am from a small town and these are an indulgence for me. I hate this place. Associates in the stores are rude as well as some of the people in the mall. I think the lay out is neat but they need openings in the middle. The Jungle cafe and rock shop are amazing... More

It can get extremely crowded depending on the season. Teenagers 16 and under are no longer allowed in the mall after 6pm Friday's and Saturdays without a parent. It's a new loitering law. Still, there is something for everyone as it's a typical outlet mall.

As a frequent business traveller a lot of times I find myself passing the time doing people watching, window shopping and sipping Starbucks in the process. Mills malls are consistently well managed with a high amount of occupancy (very few vacant stores). Bathrooms are clean and have a good selection of stores. Arizona Mills also has a fantastic souvenir shop... More

Place is long overdue for some remodeling and over hauling. The stores clearly need to reinvest in their spaces for the prices they charge, and security can be better!!!

Great food, epic selection of stores and vendors but the best place of all is harkens theatre. The seats are as close to home as you can get, the screen and surround sound are out of this world and they have some cute chicks working there as a bonus.
