A great place to watch a spring training baseball game. Not a bad seat in the house and a great area to host a large group of people. Ample parking and food choices.

Just caught a fall league baseball game here... Besides the heat, this place is nice. It's so personable and all seats are close to the field

Needs a few more food choices but very friendly and easy parking and shaded in the evenings so its not too hot.

This place has the most shade and they don't charge for parking. Grass almost looks artificial. The design of the facility is old school. If you want to get up close and personal with major league players go watch the Texas Rangers during Spring Training.
