We took off this morning right after sunrise and I have to say it was the best decision I made my whole trip!! This was the BEST way to see all of Sedona and what better way than at sunrise! The guides and people we awesome! We had Captain Ron in our basket he knew so much about the area... More

What a great adventure if you have the time and money. Really for what you get it's relatively cheap in comparison to the memories it will provide. First, they picked us up at our hotel early in the morning and when we got to the place that they launched the balloons, we got to help inflate the balloon and enjoyed... More

Flying high above Sedona as the sun was rising was just amazing. The whole trip, from watching them blow up the balloons, to the wrap-up at the end was fun and interesting. They showed up right on time at our pick-up location. Dan, our pilot, made the experience all that more enjoyable with his vast knowledge of the history and... More

Our pilot, Dan, is awesome! We now know more about Sedona and the surrounding areas than in the two years we have lived there. We were well-informed about what to expect and what we were seeing the whole way through the adventure. All pilots and crew members were 100% professional and possessed of the greatest asset, a sense of humor.... More

We were picked up at our hotel entrance at 5:45 am, picked up 3 other passengers and drove to the launching site. Our pilot/guide, Dan, was a native Sedonan who seemed to know everything about the area, from history to geology, and during the course of our journey we came to learn about getting one's balloon pilot license and the... The people were pleasant to deal with and the experience was very peaceful, but....if you want very close proximity to the canyon walls, then Northern Lights is not for you. Their launch site is not as ideal as Red Rocks Balloon Adventure which we could see was closer to the buttes. If you just want to be up high and... More

We went with Northern Light Balloon Expeditions since they launch so close to Sedona. The pickup and launch was right on time and we were in the air for a gorgeous sunrise. Granted we have only flown with Tom and Doug once but they have to be the best crew. No messing around, just perfection. I appreciated how all the... More

Our pickup driver was late and we had to go with another company at the last minute. Lady on the phone at northern light was very rude and not helpful at all. I would suggest going with Red Rock Hot Air Balloon. They were very nice and care about their customers.

It was awesome, because of the time change we were up early the first morning in Sedona and saw hot air balloons and thought it would be a great place to do it. We asked at the front desk of our hotel and they called and arranged it for us the following morning. The balloon company picked us up @... More

From start to finish, we were well entertained! Weather was absolutely beautiful. Our guide Blair had a wonderful sense of humor and kept us laughing the whole time. At one point, it was so serene and peaceful that I almost fell asleep. With the exception of the heat to keep the balloon up, it was quiet. My only disappointment was... More
