He was, simply AWESOME!!! You must take a Vortex tour if you go to Sedona. I found the best price online and booked it for me and the kids(adults) :) Our driver just said, "call me, JP". First he asked us our interests then added his expertise. It wasn't just a tour, is was and education and amusement ride all in... More

My hubby and I booked a jeep tour with Red Rock as they are the only "commercial" company allowed on Soldiers Pass trail. You can rent a jeep yourself to drive but trust me, some parts of the "trail" were best handled by a professional. The tour lasted two hours. Our driver, Miss Debbie was great. Even though she's probably... More

Tumbleweed Tom and his trainee Frank kept us either on the edge of or off our seats during a three hour off road jeep tour of the beautiful Sedona red rock country. Tumbleweed has been rolling around this area long enough to know its history and geology, and he is more than willing to teach you more than you would... More

There are several jeep companies operating in the area. I can't imagine the others would be as good. The guides are all dressed out in full western cowboy regalia. It's not a hokey costume. You can see the wear and tear and they are obviously very comfortable in their clothes. Our guide was Rocky and he was very informative, fun,... More

It was very interesting. Bumpy but fun ride off the beaten path. Our tour guide was good. We learned quite a few from him. Beautiful scenic view. I think it was a bit pricey for what you get from the tour. It was a combination with a helicopter ride.

Fun family adventure! Bru (our driver) was fabulous. Different types of tours, depending on how long you want to be out, what you want to see, etc...

We started our tour at 11 A.M. on a cold morning. Rocky, our tour guide provided blankets for us and turned on the heated seats. All throughout the tour he pointed out the various plant life and told us of their pharmaceutical uses and also pointed out trees and bushes that the Indians may have used. He gave us many opportunities... More

It was a cool rainy January morning. The Uptown area was tucked in, and wrapped up on that chilly day. But that didn't frighten Big Jim! When he got the call that two hearty Michigan State fans were interested in a Soldiers' Pass tour, he reved up the jeep and headed the Sedona. I sure can't tell a story better... More

Ask for Little Joe, Canyon & Cowboys. Great ride, very knowledgable, knew the history and made sure we had plenty of photo opportunities.

Great time going out to two historic cabins on a tour known as Cowboys & Canyons. Tumbleweed Tom was called Major Tom by a driver for another company, still can't figure out why. The Major gave a really fun history lesson about Sedona. We learned about the flora and faunna. Unfortunately we did see any critters, except for the "pld... More
