Once you hear the name "Snoopy rock" it is very easy to see snoopy lying there on his back with his legs up in the air. zThis is true of so many of the rock formation names. The fun comes when you drive on the scenic roads and see these formations from other perspectives, when their form and their names... More

Our kids, ages, 9, 13, and 15 loved seeing Snoopy Rock. Go downtown and buy a postcard and then go look for it!

You can see Snoopy right from Main Street. One of the most favorite sites to photograph. We saw it for the first time 15 years ago and enjoyed seeing it again now. A great rock formation.

Anyone that visits Sedona, can't help but be amazed by the beautiful rock formations. What else is there to say, it's Snoopy. Definitely a delightful sight to see, it brought a smile to my face.

The different,Red Rock mountains do take the shape of their names. There are many. You can see the shape of Snoopy and a Camel at the top of the mountain. The background visuals of the town is amazing. A guide would be able to point them out so you could say," Yes, I see it now"

It is a rock formation that is visible going east on 89 A toward ups town Sedona. An interesting fact is, the rock formation is under the Dog Star in the sky. It is simply a rock formation that looks like snoopy lying down with his nose sticking up in the air. Ask any local or find it in the... More

You don't even need a good imagination. The rock formation is complete with lucy watching TV and Woodstock perched on Snoopy's nose. You can see it clearly from several places in the canyon.

It took me some time and a lot of staring with squeezed eyes but finally I could see what the whole hoo-haa was about. It's cute!

I gotta admit that if it wasn't pointed out to me it just looks like another rock formation. After staring for awhile it certainly does look like Snoopy. However, much like with clouds or other formations, once your mind is triggered to see something, it does. The reason this gets 4 stars is because it is Snoopy, and once you... More

I ways chuckle when I see this formation. It is definitely Snoopy looking just like his famous dog house pose. If you look around you will see Lucy as well.
