My voyage actually dates back to June 2010 after a horrific earthquake catastrophe in Haiti, when I needed to get away and renew my energy. Johanna was the perfect guide in this spiritual adventure! Her involvement body and soul and her manner of making us feel right at home and like part of her family made her a God send.... More

I had an amazing experience with Sedona Spirit Yoga and Hiking. I spent several blissful days with Johanna hiking, doing yoga on gorgeous red rocks and enjoying massages. Johanna led me down a path of health and healing that I will always cherish. The experience was truly transformative and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking health and happiness. More
