Stopped at the hike house to look for a coat and learned about all the great places to hike near Sedona and around the Grand Canyon without them trying to sell me a timeshare. The staff there are easy to talk to and very knowledgable about what you need and where to go for short or long trips. Although their... More

We were given such wonderful ideas for hikes. We were asked about the types of hikes, length of time and distance that would work for us. We bought a wipe-off map on which notes were given about best time of day and visual details such as a looking down or looking up views. The love of the area was apparent... More

As our 2nd time in Sedona, and this time as hiking thrill seekers, the Hike House was an amazing stop. Jason mapped out 4 awesome trails for us and the first one, Sterling Pass, was an excellent first start. This is a one stop shop and if you want the local insight for the trails, fishing, camping, hiking and off... More

This was a great place to purchase hiking gear and get insider tips on where to hike. My husband bought some hiking gear then the staff laid out some maps of nearby hiking trails and made some recommendations based on our skill level, time available and our interests. Super place!!

We have enjoyed the Hike House for a few years, now. We bought boots and socks from them this year and they fit like a glove. We have also gotten great advice on new trails and old. This year I even took a short hike with a group and received safety tips for future hikes. They have a great book... More

We love all the guys at the Hike House. They are always SO helpful in suggesting good hikes for us (even when the May 2014 fires had closed half of the trails!). They are so willing to help with information even if you don't buy a thing - but of course we always find something to purchase! Great clothing, books,... More
