This was a great experience! Be sure to book a 25 minute or more tour for 3. Try to book with only 3 - the middle seat is far too small and the middle person will not see a thing. We had a GREAT pilot (Garrett) who served for our country and now calls Sedona home. He did a great... More

We came for the Pink Jeep and decided to go with the Helicopter instead. I was convinced it was the way to go but needed to convince the 3 others to go as well. In the end they decided it was the best way to go and were happy they made the change. We went when it was a bit... More

I'm glad that we did this but I would not pay the price to do it again. It only lasted 20 minutes in the air, and if you are on the wrong side of the helicopter, don't plan on taking any pictures of the beautiful scenery. It would have been nice if they flew it both ways so that all... More

We were attracted to this place because of the biplane ride offered. However, they lost the pilot last October and haven't flown it since then. As an alternative we took the helicopter ride. The helicopter is smaller than ones we have ridden in in the past. So even though I was in between two big men in the backseat, I... More

We've been on several air tours over the years in different parts of the country, and this ranked near the top! Topped going over the Grand Canyon since this tour went into and around the red rock peaks surrounding Sedona. Highly recommend!

We made a reservation in advance and the salesman advised us to arrive 30 min early, so we did and therefore did not feel rushed like other commentors. They do distribute the aircraft by weight so someone gets 'stuck' in the middle seat which is unfortunate but a reality. My fiance and I luckily each got side seats so we... More

We booked the Hog Wild Tour and had an amazing time! At times I felt I could reach out and touch the rocks! The pilot was great and gave us a history tour of the rocks as we passed them. It was a great experience and we will have amazing memories!

We flew on the Ancient's Way Signature Tour in January 2015. What a spectacular experience! The flight itself was so exciting, the scenery beautiful with a covering of snow. We saw areas of the red rock canyons you can't see from the road. The pilot Garrett was excellent. And a big shoutout to van driver Zach who help my handicapped... More

We signed up for the Red Rock Helicopter tour and it was worth the money, seemed so close to the rocks you could almost touch them! I'm a photographer and had fun taking pictures. I'm not sure this is the right place after reading the other posts but this was a company doing helicopter tours calleed Sedona Air tours, red rock... More

We took the Ancient Ways tour at about 3 PM on a Sunday. We made our reservations via the company's website. The website could use some work, as it asks users to specify which color of helicopter they would like without offering any additional explanation. We randomly chose the blue helicopter and this worked fine. When we arrived, we asked... More
