My wife Michelle and I went on a Scenic Wine Tour of Jerome with Guide Extraordinaire Jim Reich on Wednesday 8/27/2014. He definitely lived up to the title on his name tag by providing us with such a great day of wine tasting and sightseeing that we decided to book a Grand Canyon Tour with Jim two days later before... Jim was great. He was very familiar with not just the Sedona area wineries but also with a lot of the local shops and the area's history. He and his dog Summit were wonderful hosts and provided a great day of site seeing and wine tasting. Will absolutely visit them again.

Jim was very thorough in his understanding of the Sedona area. He had connections for every activity that a visitor would want to get involved with. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to ensure our needs were met. Jim seconded as a photographer for all of the locations we stopped at. He took excellent photos and... More

Our family visited Sedona for the day and decided to do a tour of the area with Jim and his tour dog, Summit. We enjoyed seeing and learning about the area and enjoyed visiting the many rock formations including, Chapel of the Holy Cross. Sedona is absolutely beautiful and we would visit again and do a tour with Jim. He... More

A few days ago I went on a "sunset tour" with Jim at the wheel to guide my friend and I around the beauty of Sedona. It was truly a magical tour with Jim sharing his knowledge and experience of the Sedona area with us at each site we visited. It was by no means a "canned tour". We were... More

What a nice and informative trip around the back country of Sedona. We got to see all the various rock formations, ancient ruins and markings and even a little bit of monsoon weather driving around. Perfect weather made it nice and cool. Our tour guide was very patient, funny and educated on a ton of topics ranging from plant life,... More

A week ago today, my husband and I went on a private tour of Page Springs Area Vineyards with Jim as our driver and tour guide. Even a week later, I am still thinking back to what a great day my husband and I had. It was a three hour tour and we visited three vineyards. Even though my husband... More

We did this with another couple and we were treated nicely but Jim the guide was a bit strange. I was very specific when I booked the tour about my pet allergies and my friends food allergies. Also, I did remind the guide about 72 hours prior but I was covered in white dog fur after a few minutes of... More

I am disappointed that you did not enjoy your experience with myself, nor my tour itinerary. Your booking came to us through a third party booking agent, and it was noted on your reservation request only that you are "highly allergic to cats", but nothing was noted about dogs, or whether you wished to have our company guide dog join... We were picked up at our lodging in Sedona and our one day adventure to the south rim of the Grand Canyon began. Our tour guide Jim and his Siberian husky Summit started us on our way up 89A thru Oak Creek Canyon to Flagstaff. Breakfast in Flagstaff at a local coffee shop and then up to the Grand Canyon.... Guy showed up in a dog hair infested van. The door didn't even work to get in and out. The tour guide Jim talked the whole time and wanted to come sit with us while we wine tasted. It took us 30 minutes to leave the parking lot so we only got 15 minutes at the last wine tour. He... More
