I contacted Sedona Off-Road about an early-May visit, and I received the following email: Sadly, we have to close the business (permanently) and won’t be able to accommodate your request. We suggest you contact Safari Tomcar 928-282-3012

The trail is incredible-adrenaline loaded. We enjoyed being able to run back to our Baby Quail Inn and hot tub.

We had looked forward to our off road trip for months. We are Jeep riders from florida so we really looked forward to a Tomcar rental and the beautiful Red Rock Country. We'll called the day before our rental-no answer. We had a reservation via email WITH A RESPONSE FROM OFFROAD CENTER. When we arrived there was no one around... More

On the date of this gentleman's reservation, there was an emergency the evening before necessitating some hasty arrangements to leave town. There was a note posted on our door explaining the situation with our phone number but it evidently was removed or blown away (there were high winds) as there was no note on the door on my return on... We used their Tomcar years ago when they were on Hwy 179 and were very happy with their recommendations. This time Mark (seems to be the owner) showed us his snakes and tarantulas that he has in his back show room. If you are from a big city, don't miss that one! And again: clean vehicles, personal recommendations from a... More

We called Sedona OffRoad Center after another tomcar rental company (Arizona Safari Jeep Rental) called us three hours prior to our reservation and told us all of their tomcars were broken and they couldn’t honor our reservation. To be honest, we had an awful experience with Arizona Safari, but that is another review for a different time. We called Sedona... More

We reserved a Tomcar for 4 people for the entire day. They made the reservation (the week before) and took our credit card and when we went by to pickup our car and start our tour, they are gone. They don't answer their phone or return our calls. I assume they are out of business. Totally ruined our plans and... More

We googled ATV rentals in Sedona and we chose Sedona ATV and buggy because they were a mile closer... What a mistake and bad service... Never mind those folks! Sedona Off Road Center made our lemons into lemonade ;o) We were greeted by the friendly, funny, down to earth Sharon and she was a hoot. She got us geared up... More

As many have said, this is the only way to experience Sedona, if you don't have a tricked-up SUV, and even if you do, this is way more fun. Sedona has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth, and to experience it this way, makes it all the better. Bring close-toed shoes and be ready for tons... More

My family and I rented a tom car for 1/2 the day. It was well worth it. We saw views and spots you would not get access to without off -road transportation or hiking. We got to three trails and many amazing sites. You should wear goggles and cover your mouth. The trails get very dusty.

We rented on short notice and needed two Tomcars ... they obliged no problem. The cars were great and their instructions on the different trail options were clear. Was a blast for sure ... make sure you try the trail rated at 3.5 ... it's a doozy.
