This hike was crowded, but it was amazing none the less. We really enjoyed this hike. I bit more challenging than thought, but still very doable for all hikers and/or non hikers. Pick your pace and go with it. The views are worth the huffing and puffing :)

All told, the hike from the parking area to Devil's Bridge took about 90 minutes, some of it easy, some more demanding. The good news is that none of it should preclude an average hiker from taking advantage of this beautiful hike and the outstanding view from Devil's Bridge. The last part is the steepest; just hang in there. Coming... More

Go early before it gets hot and crowded. Don't take the jeep road by foot. you are better off hiking in from the trail by the Mesclan (I thing that is the name) parking area.

Well that's what most of the Az trails list this...NOT really. Drive a truck and drive half way there...I did and felt sorry for the other people walking! Only put it in 4x once but really didn't need to. Look at Google maps you can't get lost. Very steep at times (see pictures) and climbs the whole way. Beautiful BEAUTIFUL... More

we have done several trails around Sedona but this ranks in the top 5. Such an awesome view at the destination. Love the blue sky, the red rocks,& the greenery about. To be done in the morning before the sun gets too high (& hot).

This is an easy hike.. The majority of it is flat or has a very slight incline, until you actually come to the bridge entry, which you will need to climb about 80 stairs (rocks) to get up to the bridge and viewing platform. You can take it as slow as you like. Unless you have an off road vehicle,... More

It is difficult to get to the trail head unless you have a high 4 wheeler, or you hike 1 mile to the head. We opted to take the Pink Jeep hike tour which got us to the trail head. Then a guide took us on the mile hike to the bridge. The beginning was easy, but the farther we... More

The final part of the trail is well worn and wide. It is well worth the climb to the top where the view is spectacular. Keep going. The very top part is steps that are fairly easy to go up and down.

Great trail offering beautiful views of Seven Canyons. Listed as only 0.7 miles one way, this trail has a good elevation gain especially as you near the bridge. Be sure to take water.

Disclaimer- I went here a while back 2013. So, my details are a little fuzzy. it was my first time to sedona, so I wasn't familiar yet. NO WORRIES. The park office will answer your questions about routes and trailheads. We were not in a 4x4, so we were unable to drive all the way in .There's a parking lot... More
