Old Town should be old and new town. The Old West lives side by side with the modern and upscale. Downtown Scottsdale, is clean, inviting and an overall great place to get dinner, a drink or simply dessert. The area keeps adding new and better places while maintaining the old stand-bys. Excellent for family or friends.

A little pricey, and wait times can be long. It's not much of a "practice" facility, much different approach than what I was expecting. I was quite surprised and amused with the clientele that started showing up around 10pm. It turns into a full-on night club..

Old Town is a great place for strolling and shopping. The restaurants are everywhere and there are plenty of unique little shops to pop in to get out of the heat.

We visited Old Town twice because it was so good. Please avoid the mall one block north. Old Town has probably 6-10 total blocks of incredible shopping. You can spend a fortune or you can go to several cheap imports store and pick up some great, handmade souveneirs. A lot of it looks the same from one store to the... More

Nice shops, great eateries, fun people watching and an ambiance that invites return. Used to work close to it years ago and now enjoy it even more as an occasional visitor

Lovely little area filled with touristy shops and what-nots. Made for a nice stroll one sunny afternoon.

Stopped by at El Hefe and it was great. Went back the second night to Whiskey Row and it rocked. These are 2 great places just south of Camelback on Saddlebag. A must!

Scottsdale Old Town is a great location for those that want to stroll around and kill a half day. All our out of town visitors end up there and enjoyed it a lot. There are a number of small avenues with lots of Western themed stores, art galleries (which are open late on Thursday evenings during the cooler months for... More

We shopped in Old Town Scottsdale for unique southwest items. I recommend the small area in Old Town that has individually-owned, small-town shops. The hospitaliity is exceptional. I also enjoyed talking with some of the shop owners and workers. The shopping is affordable. There is a free trolley service that transports you to various and multiple sites throughout Old Town....
