As problem fraught, as my first visit was, my second visit to the Four Seasons was excellent. From arriving at the front door, the staff was accommodating and pleasant. Check in was early and seamless. Because I had a problem with the spa the first time, they provided me with two spa services this time. Once again the bell staff... More

We did not actually stay here, but were with friends who were staying on the property last weekend, so we were able to spend quite a bit of time at the Four Seasons. This property is very remote, but it is gorgeous. The grounds, views, pool area, food and service were all terrific. I cannot say the same for the... More

Kathy, the lead esthetician, gave me the best facial I have ever had on a vacation. This is my first review ever but so worth it! A must do on your next visit.

I tried a therapeutic massage for the first time while staying at the Four Seasons. I had a strained rotator cuff, and left feeling better than I had after physical therapy. Try a steam room visit after a massage and you'll never feel better.

My daughter and I had facials. The spa is small, but nicely appointed. When I called and asked about classes they said they may or may not have them. Now I understand, the spa is so small that they probably do not have the demand for classes or the membership to support them like the larger spas in Scottsdale. The... More

I frequently receive deep tissue massages. Art at the Four Seasons in Scottsdale gave a great massage with enough pressure to get rid of my knots but not too much that it hurt. He has been at this spa for several years and I would go back and request him!

I am referencing only the spa at the Four Seasons, not the rest of the resort/hotel. I spent the day at this spa getting a massage, a facial, and relaxing by the pool. I am a frequent and avid spa-goer in the Scottsdale area. I can definitely say that this spa needs some help and it does not even compare... More
