Great golf course (36 holes) that can compete with any in the area. We played Troon North, TPC, The Boulders, and Talking Stick South. Enjoyed them all!! This course is great and the property with the casino/resort is a great atmosphere as well. We played the South course (North was closed for aerification). Had a great time. Even saw wild... More

Nice course and friendly staff. The course looks easier than it plays. Hazards are well placed. Maintenance was to be expected as it was mid-June in the desert. Overall its a nice value...

I had the opportunity to play Talking Stick North this week. The conditions of the golf course were excellent and the pace of play was much better than we expected, about 3:40. The North course is an excellent Ben Crenshaw design that opened about 10 years ago and now has become a very nice desert style course with adequate fairways... More

I played the North Course at Talking Stick which is the links style course of the two offerings here. Great service at check in and very efficient bag service and pro shop attendants. The course facilities are nice with driving range, putting, chipping areas, bunker practice, etc. The course itself was in fantastic condition! I played it on a Monday... More

Weather was perfect, playing companions were great, but the casino had LOUD assaulting techno music BLARING the entire time we were there. Everyone hated it, the noise pounded your body. Evidently, everyone complains but the Casino does not care ( casino owns the golf course) they have a pool party every Fri, Sat Sun. Our foursome said we wouldn't play... More

Golf course was well maintained. Food at restaurant was medicre. Service was fair. The staff was simply doing their job. They did not seem happy and excited to have guests at the restaurant. There re numerous courses in Scottsdale. No need to return to this golf course.

As we walked to the driving range today to warm up for a round of golf we heard this horrendous booming noise and asked the staff what it was. They informed us that the Talking Stick Resort has decided to have Pool parties on Fridays, Saturday's and Sundays. We could feel the bass beating against our chests over a mile... More

We played on Easter Sunday, and green fees were $100. Consider we paid $200 for Troon North the previous day, this seemed to be a bargain. The course is in good shape, and pace of play was great...played as a 2some, no one in front or behind us...but it was Easter. The range is nice and included in green fees,... More

Had the course all to ourselves on a Monday at Noon. Greens were rock hard. Fairways were cut short so plants of roll on your shots. No water or serious hazards to speak of. Wide fairway, quite the opposite of target golf. Great club house and food after the round. Good casino after the day made for a great outing.
