Best golfing value in the desert. 2 different courses on the property. Both are fun to play but not desert target golf. Clubhouse is good and the teaching staff is second to none. Managed by TROON golf.

There is not signage from the 101 and Indian Bend, so head for the Casino but pass it and continue on to the dead end, turn left, take this to the club drop-off and parking lot. A driving range on site. The north course is wide, long and mostly flat, but the sand traps are challenging. The fast greens are...

We went here for my company's annual golf retreat. There were about 50 of us and we were given a 1pm tee time...middle of the desert, so as you can imagine by about 330-4 we were to exhausted to continue the final 5 holes. Marshals didn't do a very good job of keeping people out of our shotgun start and...

We have played this course (North) twice on our annual Scottsdale visit. The course is nice but just "golf". The course was in great shape but the flat course does not have too many holes that are memorable, command your attention or require you to challenge your swing. However, it was fun to play and the facilities are excellent. The...

This course offers all of the challenges a golf course should provide. 36 hole layout in great shape....fast greens with forgiving fairways... a fun place to swing a club!
Did our annual Spring Golf Trip to Scottsdale this year and glad we played at Talking Stick. Both courses were in great shape, the range, clubhouse and restaurant were Great. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The North Course is the star here. The Greens and Fairways are fast and firm and when the wind is up you have...

On the Indian Reservation - so play 18 (or 36 as they have 2 full courses) and then play 21 inside. Forgiving desert golf with defined risk/reward teasers!

Every time we played this rather long course, it was windy. So adding the wind to the already long course made this a particularly challenging course. If you are a long hitter or play well in the wind, this might be the course for you. If not, there are many other great courses in Scottsdale that are more playable.
I'm and 8 handicap. The course was flat and wide compared to some of the other desert courses. It is a Troon managed course which is why I made the tee time. I was a little disappointed in the condition. It was playable but not to the standards that I've seen at other Troon managed courses, that's why the average...
