I've been here many times over the years. It's a lovely walk around the shore. We've actually seen a real Lynx run in front of our car. Nice and quiet with some beautiful scenery.

A beautiful lake that is close to town. Fishing, trails and non motorized boats (canoe) are allowed and can be rented. A nice campground is near the shore. Very quiet and peaceful, in a scenic area. There is a small store in the area. Some ducks and herons were seen from the shore, and deer are in the area as... More

We were there in March and visited the south shore day-use area. There is a small fee for day-use but they accept National Park Service Passes. The scenery was lovely and we saw ducks, herons and cormorants. I'm surprised there weren't more people there because it was so nice, but it was a cool day with showers so perhaps that's... More

Lake was wonderful. We found it very serene and clean. Well maintained park area and seemed perfect for kayaking.

Lynx Lake is awesome, we hiked along south Lynx Creek with my dog. Great place to cool down, lots of shade trees, lots of pools to jump in. Awsome place to explore
