While the skiing here is good, the pothole-mired mud parking lot is horrible, and the lodge and surrounding buildings are in complete disarray and in need of repairs and updating. I don't know what the indians that own this place on the reservation are doing with the money, but they are certainly not putting it back in to the resort...

We ski only once a year so we are not the greatest. But we always have a great time at Sunrise. The lift lines are short and the lift attendants are all very nice. There are lots of green trails that give us different challenges. The long Sidewinder trail has only a few steep sections but it's very fast. The...

Last winter, my family went to Pinetop, Arizona for some skiing. We chose to go to Pinetop versus Flagstaff because we had an infant and Sunrise Ski Resort offers a daycare (allowing both my husband and I to ski with our two daughters). The daycare was right on the slopes and the workers were great. Our son did wonderful there...
