It starts out w a blind tee shot and it continues the whole round. I played the back tees and most of the tee shots were blind so I recommend looking at the hole card. Overall the course was in great shape and pretty fun with all the elevation changes. Hole ten seems like it's 500 feet down to the... More

Golf course not bad, some good holes to play. But would not return, much better courses thruout area. Starter & staff in caddy shack ( Zackary ) friendly. Marshall ( Gary ) just awful. Most unfriendly & discourteous person we met on our trip. Ordering lunch after 7 holes nice idea but food (sliders) were cold when picked up. Played... More

We booked a round in late October and were paired up with a couple of regulars. They were very helpful in determining course layout and tendencies. The starter facility was very nice and efficient. The course was in great shape and gave us plenty of challenges. I especially like the elevation changes once you get to holes 7 and beyond... More

We've played here a few times and like to include it at least once or twice a year. The staff is very friendly upon arrival. The driving range and practice areas are very nice. And the course was in very good condition. And a few of the holes have some pretty fantastic views. There are a few holes that have... More

In about 20 years of visiting Phoenix this remains my personal favorite Golf course. I shoot in the low to mid 90's and have played here many times. Good mix of hole styles and lengths. The staff is extremely friendly. You should plan on arriving early to make full use of the excellent grass driving range and practice area include... More

I golfed Lookout Mountain Golf in Phoenix on Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised by the layout of the course. Although the course is relatively short it offers some unique and challenging tee shots. If you haven't played her yet give it a try it is manicured like a Troon course should be. I am thinking of making this my home... More

It's a nice course, a little on the pricey side. Only saw the beverage cart once and the halfway house wasn't open, would have liked a cold beverage. Played when it was cart path only.....never again, it's TOO slow.

First Desert course I have ever played in Phoenix area. Well maintained, great views, good mixture of challenging holes, elevation changes. Don't let the yardage fool you, playing back tees could make for a long day unless your a low handicapper. Enjoy the course. Most holes put a premium on putting the ball in the fairway, so it is not... More

Great and challenging course that is not overpriced to play. Front 9 plays easier than the back 9 but still a great time.

Hi gang, Played here April 2014. I decided to try an upper-scale resort course based on the reviews of some of the local courses. Checking in was easy although the pro shop is a hop, skip and jump from the parking lot and bag drop. Your clubs are immediately placed on your cart and you're pointed toward the practice area...
