When I lived in Phoenix, Encanto Park was a weekly activity especially through the Winter months. Then, migratory birds come to take advantage of the man-made lake and little river. There is also a formidable year-round population of ducks, swans, and pigeons. Bring stale bread on a weekday to feed them. On weekends, they're overfed by families with children already.... more
