The fairways were either too soft or too wet. No roll off tee. Service were bad. Not a bang for your buck.

We've played this course on previous visits to Phoenix and enjoyed the course but on our last visit in March we found the course maintenance below average. Especially noticeable on the greens. Not sure if we will try again on our next visit. Would need to be a really great price for a round.

We frequently go to Club West. Some of the holes are a bit tight and balls can end up in someone's back yard. The course is typically in good shape (it was), it's a good test of golf and it has nice views of the surrounding mountains. The edges of the fairway were quite firm and we got a couple... More

We tee'd off 25 minutes late. The twosome we were slated to play with decided to have their friends join them and the starter gave a lame excuse for why that was acceptable and no apology. To make the situation worse, a 3some moved up ahead of us on the tee box; again the starter had some lame excuse and... More

I played the Club West Golf Course on ecember 18, 2014. I found this to be a very pleasent surprise. The staff were friendly and attentive. They have a very large practice area. The course was in good shape and the layout offered a variety of different looks. There were tee boxes set a varrying distances so it played to... More

Never mind keeping your eye on the ball, you won't want to miss this beautiful course with its elevated tee boxes and amazing views. Set amongst an elite subdivision, course plays well from start to finish. Scenery is extraordinary and the course is equipped with plenty of cold water stops as well as flush toilets. Not to be missed when... More

We had the pleasure of playing golf at Club West on our recent stay in the Phoenix area. Despite recent over-seeding, the course was very playable and in overall good condition. Pace of play was spot right on at 4 hours and all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. You can't ask much more than that from a... More

Course was scenic and in decent condition. Staff was nice. Overseeding made it cart path only which was a bit of a pain. The greens were like shag carpets ... waaaaaaay too slow.

I've played here in past trips used to be an excellent place to play . Played May 9 what a terribly conditioned track . Some tees literally no grass ,greens hard as rock ( looked totally browned out ),fairways also burnt out .I was told the owners were not putting water on the course because they couldn't afford it .No... it's generally well conditioned, has some elevation changes, not overly long, not too expensive -- and some of my kids & grandkids live nearby making it a really convenient place to play with some of them when they have time. it's in my top 5 in the valley to play
