Aguila has a standard, 18-hole course, and a 9-hole, par-3 course. I am writing about the PAR-3 course. Course is excellenr! I found only 2 other par-3 courses (not counting the executive courses that include a couple of par-4 holes, meaning you have to bring more clubs). This one beats the others by far. No water, butr some deep sand... more

Aguila is a great value for the money you'll pay. better than papago by quite a bit, though scenery is not as nice. driving range was in peak condition btw. lots of challenging holes, big deep bunkers, decent fairways in winter (not too dry)..great desert golf. more

have you ever seen the movie beautiful girls? if so, you'll understand this commentary even more...aguila g.c. is for real...now. and just wait, 10-20 years from now it will almost certainly be regarded as the very BEST value-priced daily fee golf course in the entire metro area. this golf course reminds you of that little girl who just has everything... more

The view of the 9th and 18th holes and South Mountain in the background from the practice putting green is breathtaking. The course itself is very challenging with placement shots required on every hole. Otherwise, you will find your ball on a sidehill lie or a downhiller shot to the green. The fairways are wide enough but an errant golf... more
