Had a good time playing the Raven last week. It was my first time there and I thought it was a challenging but fair course. It was my day to hit a lot of traps and they are omnipresent all over the course. The sand is in good shape, but some of the trap sides are so steep, you need... More

I played this course the day after Christmas and liked it very much. As mentioned it is not a typical AZ course. Felt more like a Michigan course with the pine trees and all. The staff was extremely friendly. I thought the price was a little high but the free range balls made it more reasonable. Nice touch. I will... More

I played this course on a beautiful winter day (prob 65 and sunny). Had a great time, beautiful scenery and everything was very well maintained. From what other friends in the area have told me there are more affordable nice courses but all and all I was very pleased with the course and the staff. I paid $75 for the... More

The Raven is a nice course, well manicured, great shape. This isn't your typical desert 'target' style golf course if you're looking for that. It is a fun and challenging course, however, with nice amenities, clubhouse, and staff. We had frost warnings the morning we were there (temp was around 45 degrees, who knew?) Being from Minnesota we don't see... More

Nice course. Personally think there are better options for what they charge though. Fairways were thin and wet. It was pretty much wet everywhere. Trying to bring it up from overseed I presume. I'd wait a couple weeks....

This is a pretty golf course. The restaurant food is ok. The golf school instructors took us out for 9 holes of golf after the day's lessons and practice. The Tour Striker golf school which is headed up by Martin Chuck is the best I have attended. My husband and I had been to golf school 4 times before and... More

We were welcomed right away by the very friendly starters and bag staff. The course is in good shape. This is definitely a 4 hour or more round of golf. Did not see a marshal to push slower groups ahead.

My comment is similar to others. I highly recommend this course. It was well maintained. Look forward to returning in the near future.

Fun and forgiving layout except around the greens. Fairways are wide with some trouble and lots of trees in the rough. Not a desert course. Condition was very nice. There is a lot of sand. Many of the traps are back from the green so you can have some long sand shots. It was our first time so some of... More

Course is very nice but you can play the same quality of course for less in the area. They only give Junior rates if kids are 15 and under. This is the only course we played all week that did not give me a discounted rate for my 16 year old son.Tees times are very close together and you had... More
