I had to make several calls to ask them questions and each time I called they were so very friendly. The flight crew was totally friendly and lots of fun. The pilot was very informative and fun. I checked on other balloons in the area but none compared to Rainbow Ryders. I highly recommend Rainbow Ryders. More
