Beat buying 2 licenses and bringing our tackle with no guarantee of catching a trout. This place charges $1 an inch for any fish you catch and if you don't catch you don't pay. We caught 4 which ranged from 8"-14". You are provided with tackle and bait. Very beautiful small lake with comfy chairs and shade. Nice way to... More

Our daughter wanted to have her wedding outdoors in open space so everyone in the wedding could walk around freely instead of sitting at a table inside a ballroom. WE FOUND THE PERFECT PLACE FOR THE WEDDING!! This place is PERFECT for a wedding, reunion, or any other celebration/gathering! It is part of the Arizona Tonto National Park. The wedding... More

You don't need licenses, bait, poles, or buckets. They provide everything and you just pay per inch of the fish you catch. They even clean them and bag them for you. Wonderful fun.

I took my son there when he was small and he loved it. I am wanting to take my little nephew, I know he would love it as well.

We spent the day here with grandpa, grandma, aunt, uncles, and cousins. It was a perfect day to spend with the kids and everyone had some good old relaxation. We caught fish and barbecued them right up afterward. It was a great experience for the kids. This is a beautiful and clean place with charm around every corner. We had... More

We happened to see the sign for this private fishing ranch and stopped in. The grounds were beautiful with a nice store/visitor center, a WELL stocked artificial pond, a large cabin that is rented out and my favorite-an old barn down in the draw.

Kids have to catch a fish if you want them to keep at it...and my four year old grandson is no different, but this place was overpriced and a little sad. Not much attempt was made at making it feel natural. The shallow cement pond looked like exactly that. Fish were overcrowded and seemed starved. No need for bait since... More

I took my kids and had a blast. We fished, the guy that cleaned the fish for us was really nice and interactive with my boys, he showed them how to clean a fish, showed them the heart and all the other guts. (To have them clean the fish for you cost $1) The landscape is worth the trip, we... More

1- As noted, you keep what you catch, and you'll catch a fish every time the line hits the water. Pace yourselves. 2- The owners have been friendly and helpful every time over years of enjoying their property/business with our young sons. We in fact stopped in (03-30-14) after a tour of the hatchery, and while they really don't open... More

We did not fish but it was a lot of fun watching the little kids fish and catch them. We had been out for a weekend drive and picnic and decided to check it out. The looks on the faces of the kids was well worth the stop.
