Wow - what a challenge. The park itself is lovely. Fabulous setting right there on the river. It is very clean. Has nice bathrooms and a little garden walkway. It had a small visitor centre, beaches, friendly staff, a type of tuck shop/convenience store and a bar. Very civilized. We stayed at a cabana the first night, because they were... More

I love a park that has a small store. It always comes in handy. The area of the river is beautiful. I have photos that almost look fake that I took from a cheap throw away camera during my first visit more than ten years ago. They have showers and restrooms. Granted they are not the best, and after a... More

Have been camping at Buckskin for the past 20 years, twice a year. It's been a favorite gathering spot for our friends and family from Las Vegas and Phoenix, as it is a mid-point for both. The absolutely beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife, along with the hiking and very dark night sky are rewarding for the nature lover in us.... More

Love this little park situated along the Colorado River. Very picturesque and rarely crowded with people. Jet skis do run up and down the river

We have stayed here a handful of times and it is one of our favorites to return to. Pros * Most RV spots are quite large and the most spacious we have stayed at. You don't really feel "on top" of your neighbors. Many have green belts on them as well. * The water and electric hook ups are great... More

Not a bad place to hang for the day or camp. The park has a store that will fulfill most needs and the beach is nice for kids.

We camped here for only 2 nights but thoroughly enjoyed the grounds which are located on the inside bend of the CO River -- simply beautiful, very clean, nice sized back-in space for the RV. Although our site #26 wasn't shaded, the spots across the way were, but we heard they book up a year or more in advance. WiFi... More

We stopped by to hike the trails and found the rangers very helpful. Mile markers on the trail signs would have been helpful. The hype about the view from Interruption Point was a little overboard. The area was fenced off and blocked some of the view, but I found more scenic spots along the trail. I had forgotten my hiking... More

My husband and I are staying in the RV park for a week; three nights so far. Some RV spots have full hookups and some have only electricity and water. The grounds are watered with a sprinkler system and feature green lawns and huge trees. The small camping spots near the river offer a great view, concrete ramada, picnic table... More
