Fusi was our energetic and knowledgeable guide and infused everyone with enthusiasm. The coconut demonstration included the guide from the other bus climbing up a tall palm tree with only his bare hands and feet - very impressive - and then demonstrated weaving the leaves and drinking the coconut milk/water. Entertaining and educational. The lunch on Namu'a island was delicious... More

Our tour began by boarding nice air conditioned buses right on the pier a short walk from our cruise ship. Fusi our guide was entertaining and a wealth of information. The island drive and the coconut demonstration were quite amazing. As mentioned in a previous review, to see a 43 year old man scampering 40 feet or so up a... More

We were on a school netball tour for 10 days and were taken care of really well. Fusi looked after us and helped with any queries. He was FABULOUS and we really appreciate everything you did for us. Our girls are still talking about how fantastic they thought you were and how generous you were with your time and heart.... More

We did a tour with about 30 other people off our ship. It was a full day of interesting sights, well hosted. Our guide, Toopoo (sp), a "talking chief" was pleased to tell us about the Samoan way of life. It was interesting to hear of the village way and the hierarchy of local politics. Many have commented upon the... More

The owner of Polynesian Xplorer, Francois Martel, met my husband and I both on Samoa and Western Samoa to introduce us to our tour guides and check one last time about exactly what we wanted to see. Both days were perfect!!! The guides were so knowledgeable and touring privately without climbing on and off buses with the crowd from the... More

My partner and I were fortunate enough to book a day trip to walk around Manono Island in November. We had a wonderful day and had the best guide in Samoa. Tupu was a wealth of information on anything we asked about. I learned so much in just one day. His passion for Samoa shows and if I have any... More

Our family of 9 took the South island adventure and will not forget the friendly and incredible experience with Polynesian Xplorer. Our guide was knowledgeable and answered ours and our kids hundreds of questions throughout the day. This is an experience not to miss when visiting Samoa!

Lake Lanotoo is tricky to find alone, so it was great to get up there with your guide, Kori. He was knowledgeable and entertaining, explaining lots about the plants and wildlife along the way. The track was pretty muddy in places but it was all good fun. A dip in the lake as the mist was rising over the forest... More

We were on a cruise and had pre-booked our tour (online through a very easy process). I had also emailed a couple of questions, to which I got a quick response. There were 4 of us on this tour, and we were picked up from the wharf at the time specified. Fusi was our guide/driver, and we had an absolutely... More
