There are plenty of boat trips you can book from the main tourism centre in Ushuaia. Make sure your trip includes the lighthouse (great spot for pictures) and islands with seals / sealions and cormorans. You'll see plenty more wildlife swimming in the water. Make sure you take your camera with you. More

If the pinguins are still around (make sure you ask them before taking the tour), definetly take the long one all the way to the "Pinguinera" (Pinguin place). The sailing is very nce and on the way there you can see lots of fauna and great scenery! Try not to miss it! More
