Compliments go to the tourist information centre. I made 4 trips to the tourist information centre and attended by almost all the staff there. I was rendered great help by these staff who patiently advised me on my options to travel out Ushuaia in this lull season. Thanks again...

We visited this place twice today. The ladies are super kind and attentive. Whatever you ask they kindly explain to you giving all the important information. They stamp your passport - a staff said this office is famous for it but they also stamp your postcards. The postcards can be sent via argentine national mail but DHL might be safer... More

Would you like to have stamps on your passport saying "Ushuaia Fin del Mundo" without need to go to Bahia Lapataia (25km inside Tierra del Fuego National Park which ticket costs $85 pesos)? This is the place. There are other stamps too, such as pinguins of Megallanes, county flags and symbols, etc. They will provide you all information and support... More

Staff is used to dealing with tourists and giving a quick overview about what-to-do in and around Ushuaia. They had copies of maps for the activities and were very helpful overall.

Right on the front organised, and helpful. No language barrier either. They have the maps and can give you unbiased advice.

Very friendly staff who definitely want to help, but some of their information is outdated and the tourists maps don't cover very much

All staff spoke at least English as well as Spanish - however the third language is generally Portuguese. The office down at the port fery is open all day but the one on San Martin only in the evenings. there is plenty of information available and the city maps are of a good size and well produced

The tourist information office is helpful and the free stamp in your passport is fun. Note that, besides a small location at the airport, there are two tourist locations. One is in the historic wooden house that used to be a library at 674 San Martin Avenue (the main drag) corner Juana Fadul. The other location, only about 3 blocks... More

Take your time and get there. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They will give you maps and info about everything, including restaurants and their working hours. Don't forget your passport and have it stamped with the 4-5 different stamps they have to prove you were at the end of the world. By the way, you can also have... More
