Did a three day two night trip with Canal Fun in Jan 2012. We camped both nights, the camp sites were lovely and felt very remote. Food was great (BBQ steak, apples poached in red wine over a campfire). Guides were amazing, always good humoured and great company, going out of their way to ensure we were happy with everything.... We ended up only doing the 4x4 excursion but it was well worth it. They pick you up and drop you off at your doorstep which is always convenient. Our guides name was Walter and he was a ton of fun. While in Ushuaia we did several trips with Canal Fun - hiking and kayaking in the National Park. Excellent day, great guide, great food food! The 4x4 wheel driving was an experience. Group of five adults that spent the day with Canal Fun in Ushuaia. The weather did not cooperate fully so we had to cut our canoe trip short unfortunately. It would have been nice to have actually gone into the Beagle channel to canoe, but the wind was too high. Our canoeing ended up being too short of a time... More
