If we had to do it again, we would only have driven the 7 lakes road at Villa Angostura (spelling?) as the road becomes really bad and the town of San Martin is just okay if it is not ski season. More

This is a nice neat village, much smaller than Bariloche. The surroundings are stunning, and the Lacar lake and its shore are really nice. Shopping options are limited and I couldn't find many restaurants worth going. There are many good hotel options though. More
