Tried calling them 4/5 times - didn't answer. Tried messaging them on the website - didn't work. Tried emailing them - didn't answer. Unprofessional and frustrating

This is a great place either to stay for pne day or for a week or more. There's a complete camping site next to the shore of Lake Gutierrez . You can also rent kayaks, horses or bikes. There's also a spa and elegant cotteges in the mountain which are as beautiful as expensive...If it's pouring, don't you worry for... More

Los Baquenos was the best part of my stay here in Bariloche. Like the tourists below, I do not speak Spanish and this was my first time horse back riding - I had a fabulous time! The property is gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was at home, and was able to get... More

I booked a full day of horse-riding with my boyfriend in March. The estancia is gorgeous, set on the lake with mountains all around. Our hostel had checked (and confirmed) that the team spoke English, so we were surprised to discover on arrival that they could only communicate with us in Spanish. This made me uncomfortable as my boyfriend had... More

Los Baqueanos is a campsite / farm / outdoor adventure place, about a 20-minute drive from Bariloche. I wanted to do some horseriding and bought their half-day excursion for ARS 450, which included transport there and back in a very old, rickety and noisy mini van, lots of waiting around, about 1h40 of horse plodding through the forest, more waiting... I had a great day doing a all-day horseriding with them. When we got there we got some breakfast, followed by two hours of horseriding. After we returned we got lots of food (BBQ) for lunch, all included - also the drinks. Then we got another 90 Minutes of horseriding. At the end they offered some cake and lemonade. All... More

We couldn't decide whether to go horseback riding or kayaking so decided to book a full-day tour and do both. We were very, very happy that we did. The day started off with a relatively short drive (30 mins) to the lake where an ample breakfast was served. After a short instruction we got into the kayaks (well, actually they... More
