Excellent tour company

Very nice boat with bathrooms and snack bar and photographer available. The tour leaders give information in Spanish but Sebastion looked after us and explained things in English.

the trip to see the island and first is about 6 hours total with the forest as a decent stop and Victoria island as an amazing location to see. Relatively inexpensive depending on the agency you us but expect to pay no more than $50. Great trip

Went to both national forests. Isle of Victoria and the the Orange bark tree forest. The ride was pleasant on the catamaran, 1 1/2 to the furthest point and back. This area of the country really is scenic and worth the visit. Blue waters like you can't believe and if you are into the outdoors....fly fishing, hiking, boating, parasailing etc.... More

Confusing peaces of information in the place. Departures on time are rare. Very strange tax politics. Need improovements.

Its the best way to travel arround to some of the National Parks of the area of Bariloche. The tour that I took was aprox. from 2:00pm to 6:30pm. The catamaran started from Puerto Pañuelo to Bosque de Arrayanes, later on to Isla Victoria and then back to the port where we started. The boat ride is beutifull as tou... More

Really enjoyed it but make sure you take a book as there is plenty of down time, on the boat or when you get to the island as we had to wait for the next boat to come since we needed the English tour guide. Note: 12:15 was Spanish speaking and the 1:15 was English - I'm not sure if... More

we did the half day and had a miserable time with the tour organiser (LS Tours ) who were somewhere between less than helpful to downright rude. The pick up (off again, on again) was thirty minutes late and a telephone call to the office was very unhelpful. The English guide was a spanish speaking guide who occasionally imparted a... More

Took the shorter tour, that starts with your pickup at the hotel around 12:45. Then the bus will drop you off Puerto Pañuelo to board the Cau Cau Catamaran. Pleasent ride to Isla victoria where you'll only have a 1 hour walking tour of the island. Really nice, a little short. Then on to Bosque de Arrayanes where you have... More

Let me just start out by saying we booked this tour as a group on the proviso that we had an English speaking guide... and we kind of had one. For a little bit. Schazi (who was our "guide" on the bus) told us nothing in English and had obviously forgotten some passengers enroute causing us to double back. When... More

Enjoyed the boat ride. Based on reviews we would have done the shorter boat ride but it was not available. Great way to see the area. Paid for the VIP section and liked the climate control and snacks.
