We took the half day trip to Isla Victoria and the National Park de Los Arrayanes. You must buy your tickets (can use Visa) and then pay a separate cash entrance fee for the national parks. The catamaran is modern with bathrooms and snack bar that sells sandwiches, empanadas, chips, postres and drinks, including a variety of alcoholic beverages. A... More

We took the 1:30 PM boat trip from Llao Llao up to Isla Victoria and then the Arranyes forest. We did the VIP tour, which is on the upper deck of the boat with comfortable cushion bench seating. You also get food and drinks periodically throughout the trip. Well worth the extra almost 300 pesos (580 vs 840 for VIP).... More

This trip was ok, nothing special, there was meant to be an english speaking guide on board but all he did was speak to us on arrival, and told us what the trip involved. There was not any other english spoken the whole trip they just constantly spoke in Spanish over a microphone for the whole trip. The trip advertised... More

Cau cau means seagull.. The catamaran is modern and has an open air top deck at the back. There were photographers plying their trade getting passengers to hold up a biscuit for the gulls to swoop down and take from their fingers. Not environmentally sound at all, but a huge hit with the other passengers.

Maybe we were lucky but the lake was like a mill pond for our 4 hour trip, the boat was very comfortable and the freshly made refreshments really good, better than normal on a boat. The crew were helpful and informative.

A great experience and definitely worth the cost, but in hindsight I would have done 3 things differently: 1) pack a lunch! We visited in the winter, which I think meant that most food options were closed. So once we arrived to Isla Victoria, there was one food stand offering lunch (options: hamburger and a "Milanese"- fried shoe leather on... More

I dis the circuit with Cau Cau company, on the Vip package. There was two problems: You pay more, but share you outside deck with the one's who pay less. I mean you are in the middle of the crowd anyway. Meals are not ok. Doesn't worth the additional price. In addition, the day was cloudy, so the landscapes could... More

Very nice boat with bathrooms and snack bar and photographer available. The tour leaders give information in Spanish but Sebastion looked after us and explained things in English.

the trip to see the island and first is about 6 hours total with the forest as a decent stop and Victoria island as an amazing location to see. Relatively inexpensive depending on the agency you us but expect to pay no more than $50. Great trip

Went to both national forests. Isle of Victoria and the the Orange bark tree forest. The ride was pleasant on the catamaran, 1 1/2 to the furthest point and back. This area of the country really is scenic and worth the visit. Blue waters like you can't believe and if you are into the outdoors....fly fishing, hiking, boating, parasailing etc.... More
