Each year a free Easter Pageant is offered to the public for about 3 weeks leading up to Easter. I took my family this year and was very impressed. You want to arrive at least 2 hours early to get a good seat or bring your own seat cushion. We also took a tour of the visitor's center. The Christus... More

The gardeners maintain the grounds immaculately, providing a peaceful place to sit and meditate or have a leisurely stroll. Nice backdrop for family pictures. The visitors center is always beautiful and anybody with a curiosity about "Mormons" can go there without any obligation. They also host special events during the weeks before Easter and also at Christmastime. Additionally, the have... More

This is a great place to visit at holiday (Christmas) time. Take all the kids, walk through the park and view the lights. This will always make the downtown area of Mesa a landmark. A nice tradition to add to your Christmas holiday.

The visitors center has things for kids to do, interactive computer videos to watch, and it just feels good to be inside the visitors center. Even if you aren't Mormon, this is really best to learn about Mormon's, ask questions, and spend the afternoon doing something fun and free

I took my young Grandson to see the lights and he was fascinated! He loved looking at all of the lights and the manger scene that was displayed on the grounds. It was peaceful, spiritual, and very up-lifting. I would highly recommend it to all faiths.

One of the largest Christmas light display I have ever seen. The area around the Temple is covered with multi-colored light displays. Inside are samples of Christmas nativity scenes from around the world plus other exhibits. This is to enjoy the season not to try and convert you to Mormon.Well worth the trip. My wife and I enjoyed the displays... More

Go see the Temple's holiday light show and lovely collection of nativities from around the world. Quite spectacular and such a wonderful free holiday event to share with family and friends. Mahalo to the Mormons and youth who decorate it every year. Live music too!

This is an awesome family visit place. There is a miniature cactus garden west side of the Temple building. The visitor center has a large beautiful Christus that is inspiring. The life of Christ is portrayed beautifully through paintings and a miniature, to-scale, replica of Jerusalem and surrounding area's where Christ lived and died. There is a Family History area...
