This is a very pleasant 90 minute tour. When we have out of town guests I usually suggest this boat ride. There is no strenuous activity at all and easily accessible for those with physical limitations. Always check to see if there's a coupon available, such as Groupon or Amazon Local. They run these specials often, especially during the shoulder... More

We were very pleasantly surprised by the great customer service. We appreciated how they worked with us to solve an issue of our own making. They were polite and accommodating.

This was a great attraction. The weather, the views, and the commentary are wonderful. It is so relaxing. The boat is clean. The serve alcohol and snacks at a reasonable price. The people are nice. It was so relaxing and beautiful. It provides you so many different views. You get to see Four Peaks Mountain, a rare cactus, arches in... More

Words cannot describe the experience I had on the Desert Belle. My coworker and I were invited aboard by the leader of a group we transported for a dinner cruise. I had no idea that this gem even existed in Arizona. The staff was amazing, especially one young lady who was serving the food, she was so happy and full... More

A group of us took this 1 1/2 hour 'cruise' on a beautiful March afternoon. Captain Tom and his crew do an excellent job of hosting, narrating and teaching. We recommend it!

The weather was perfect for an afternoon cruise. The captain, who narrated the cruise, answered questions and mingled with the passengers. It was a good personal touch to this delightful cruise through the canyon while we viewed "snow birds", a bald eagle, cormorant and ring tailed gulls along with the beautiful rock formations and desert plants. Would highly recommend this delightful... More

Our recent excursion on the Desert Belle sightseeing cruise on Saguaro Lake in Mesa, AZ was an unexpected treat. While visiting my sister and brother-in-law in Scottsdale, they suggested that we drive up to Saguaro Lake to take this sightseeing cruise. The lake location is impressive but the narration of the captain was what really capped our experience. The captain... More

Had our choices of seats (non VIP ticket holders) and chose the lower level bow in front row in folding chairs. The boat was nice, quiet and clean. The weather was unseasonably warm (at least that is what they tell me since I'm from Indiana) on a February day. The crew and passengers patiently waited for some "johnny come lately"... More

What a nice way to spend a February afternoon. A short drive from Phoenix put us in this surreal landscape. The narrated tour by Geno was very informative, and his love for the surrounding land couldn't help but come through. The boat is nothing fancy, (really a big double decker pontoon), but it is comfortable enough. I don't know of... More

A delightful way spending time seeing something different. As you approach the canyon you get an impressive view of the lake, most of our guests have been surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. I would recommend to anyone. Get there early for parking and seating.
