I have seen many musicals at The Palm Theatre and "Annie Get Your Gun" was one of the best! The acting and singing was of a very high caliber! The actors who played Annie, Frank and Buffalo Bill had BEAUTIFUL voices!!!! And Annie had wonderful facial expressions and developed a very believable and endearing character. The choreography and dancing were... More

Annie Get your Gun: The direction and staging were very good. The choreography and dancing were good. Most of the acting and singing was good, some even outstanding scenes and singing. A big improvement after the disappointment of Miracle in Dec. It would have been a perfect show if the actor who played Annie could have had a little bit... More

Hi again, it's the travelin' agents from Consumers Travel World. The venue was lovely. The buffet was better than at most dinner theatres, with a goodly number of choices. Service was attentive and exemplary. An oddity (to us) was that you had to walk through a gift shop to get to the restrooms. (The gift shop also reeked of sewage,... More

The Palms had great shows in 2014. The talent was great. The musical direction and staging were of very high caliber. The meals were not gourmet, but very appetizing. However Miracle on 34th Street was very disappointing. The professional actors stood out like a sore thumb among many novices. The staging was awkward and the music was not as outstanding... More

I am so pleased that Broadway Palm is back! Until the last year we have been to every show that is ever played at Broadway Palm. We were season-ticket holders since the beginning. Since they reopened a year ago we have attended less, being a little more picky about the shows we wanted to see. Fallen on financial hard times... More

Just got home from an excellent night at The Palms Dinner Theatre in Mesa. The show was just magnificient. The 4 members of Forever Plaid sang & danced their way into our hearts. Had never seen this musical extravaganza before and just loved it! The buffet dinner was great and the same 4 singers were also our wait staff! They... More

The venue is large enough so you should be able to get in with fairly short notice. We have been to two shows there over the last few months and they have both been excellent. The food is fine, just don't go expecting it to be restaurant quality.

Word around Phoenix is the theater has been sold yet again. We are hoping that the new owners will keep up the momentum that the Prather Entertainment Group had put into it. The Prathers know what they were doing when it comes to casting, directing and staging of musicals because that's their business. We'll just have to wait and see.... More

If you go here for food, well you can forget it. The food is OK but it is worse than cruise ship buffets. The entertainment is usually very, very good and worth the price.

Attended "Burt & Me" for Mother's Day performance. Was disappointed. Some of the food was really very good--ham, pot roast, green beans almondine, rice. The rest was very average or not so good--mini-quiches, cheese blintzes, pineapple casserole. The show was average. Cute story line. Good music--all Burt Bacharach. But the cast was not strong, in our opinion. It was more... More
