Great activity in addition to the falls!

I guess if you are looking for an extreme and difficult outdoor activity then this is not what you are looking for, but my husband and I loved this activity. We had a great guide (although it would be helpful for him to get a microphone for the jeep as it gets hard to hear him when traveling). Almost anyone... More

Yes this is for beginners and pretty much anyone can do it. On our tour there were all ages from 7 to 72. The tour was very well organized and they picked us up from our hotel and left us off in town because we wanted to walk around. The rappelling ends at the bottom of a waterfall where you... More

This tour consists of three parts. A walk through the jungle. Which turns out to be a stroll down the road. A hip line through the canopy, which is 3 sections totaling 800m of gentle sliding through the trees and finally a assisted abseil down a waterfall. Where you walk down a rock face and they drag you under some... More

This is something to do for someone who has never zip lined, or rappelled. The so call jungle hike was a 30 minutes uninspired walk! Three no thrills zip line, no views to speak of! The worse of all was the "rappelling" off the waterfall. You don't have any control over the ropes. Basically you are lowered or released by... More

We saw a sign advertising ziplining and decided to do it. We had no idea that rapelling was included until we were at the sight. They pick you up from your hostel and return you which is nice. First was ziplining which was in a canopy of forest-no sights to see really. We then rapelled down a waterfall which was... More

I did the Brazillian side first. A single trail crammed with visitors jostling for position marred the experience. The second day I did the Argentinian side and WOW what an experience that was. No need to do the Brazilian side. It's all there on the Argentinian side and more. Different trails to follow, a train to the mighty THROAT and... More
