Great tour. Informative and fun! It feels very local as you're in a small boat so you can go where the big boats can't. Tom was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about the Delta and Argentina! Can't recommend Safari Tours high enough for a great day break from the city.

Excellent Trip! We toured the Tigre Delta in December 2014 and had a great day with Tom. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. This tour is much better than others because its very intimate and with their small boats you're able to visit parts of the delta that you can't see with large tours. Highly recommend visiting Tigre and going... More

We had a fantastic time on our tour with Fernando. The weather was perfect and we were able to do the longer trip, which was amazing. We didn't want to leave! Fernando was very kind and knowledgable about Tigre. We felt like we were in the company of a good friend. After riding in the boat for a while and... More

Fernando the owner and excellent guide has his kiosk from where he sells his tours where the electric train arrives in Tigre. We were lucky he approached us and to get him as the guide for the day. A great day on the water exploring the delta area, the people, the houses and the nature. We had a great stop... More

An incredible and totally unexpected experience we will never forget. Tomas our guide has been truly brilliant. You would never expect such an "Amazonas like" experience so close to a city like Buenos Aires. The crowning climax of our wonderful day has been a lunch with Fernando, the owner of Safari Delta, Tomas and some charming fellows from New York... More

Anyone looking for a great day trip from Buenos Aires should visit the Tigre area and take a boat tour with Safari Delta. The slow paced delta town is a stark, but welcoming contrast to the European city of Buenos Aires, just a short, very inexpensive train ride away from the bustling metropolis. The zodiac tour was excellent, passing by... More

Traveling in Buenos Aires with seven friends and I wanted to head to Tigre for my birthday. We opted to book with with Fer and Thomas which was a great decision. They were great guides and genuinely good people. They took us both through the residential areas, which were very cool and unexpected, and also into unpopulated little tributaries along... More

We have just finish our week in Buenos Aires with a tour in the Delta. We were fortunate to picked Fernando’s Safari Delta tour. This tour includes a Zodiac boat dedicated for us with Fernando our tour guide. We were 2 adults and three kids and we saw the Delta, the people, the beautiful rivers and its plants (and a... More

This is definitely worth heading a touch north from Buenos Aires for a half day/day trip. Me and my wife were so happy we took the short commuter train ride up from the main train station to Tigre for our personal zodiac boat ride. The personal touch and amazing scenery made the day great. It was me, my wife, Tomi... More

My wife and I took a tour with Safari Delta today and all we can say is WOW. Our guide Tomas took us out on his zodiac to tons of more hidden and off-the-beaten path locations that you'd only find if you were a local (he's been plying these rivers since he was 6). We ducked in and out of... More
