The hour long ride was enjoyable. By the time we got on the boat, the outdoor seats were taken, so we had to sit inside, but we could hear the tour quite easily. However, the English translation was spoken , it seemed like, by a Native German speaker....sometimes difficult to understand the pronunciation of the words, and the translation itself... More

Cruising the delta is a very enjoyable experience, but I think there are better cruise options (at least if you need/want the English tour). The major problem on this tour was the inability to hear the recorded tour over the motor (and at times, there was no English version provided after the Portuguese/Spanish version). When the motor is at full... More

On our trip to South America we had an opportunity to do a boat trip down the Tigre Delta. If you’ve done many boat trips, as we have, & experienced white water rafting this may be a bit of a let-down. It was a steady trip around the delta & waterways close to Buenos Aires but nothing spectacular – good... More

Superb boat, very comfortable and refreshments provided. Cruised round the main waterways for over an hour although we couldn't go down the smaller ones as the water level was too low. We had plenty of opportunity to see the lovely waterside houses though.

While a visit to Tigre provides a decent respite from the City of Buenos Aires, the delta itself was unremarkable. Similar to deltas and bayous elsewhere but with more development, this area is primarily a vacation destination for Argentines. The area is somewhat unique in that many of the islands are accessible by boat. Consequently the rivers are plied by... More

The tigre delta cruise is a poor excuse for a tourist trap. The river is brown due to the sediment, the ship has no air conditioning so you have to sit upstairs for a breeze. the trip shows you houses along the river, but you have no idea what you are looking at because there is no narration. some houses...
