It was a nice respite from the busy city. We arrived 15 min prior to closing time but still had a nice time. It's beautiful. I wish we had more time to explore.

It is huge and is located just in the heart of the city for everyone to enjoy. I like the mass-planting of different kinds of roses. The trellis and pergolas planted with climbing roses are just so beautiful and romantic. The fountains and the little bridge in the middle of the "rosarium" are a bonus. You can enter the Rosedal... Not a particulary big garden, but pleasant and a nice way to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a nice little art gallery and cafe just over the Greek bridge.

Amazing park, with beautiful view... The color of the park changes in each seasion because of the kind of landscape. The park has a very insteresting history. And it is perfect for exercises.

The Paseo is closed on Mondays at least in March. Just thought a word of warning from someone who missed it because of poor timing might br helpful. Open 8 to 5 all year round, until 8pm in what they call ''summer''.

If you are traveling independently or on a tour......a stop at the Rose Garden is uplifting and relaxing. We are at the beginning of our 5th extended stay and enjoyed the roses immensely today. We adore Sundays.......families are out and about, the locals are jogging and biking....or having a picnic or skating, etc. We love to relax at the walkway with... More

This is an unexpected garden, greet way to spend a couple of hours. Probably a must if you're into roses, which I only have a casual interest in. Make sure you have a cold drink or a hat, there isn't a lot of shade and it can get warm in the summer. All in all I enjoyed it and it's... More

It was interesting to check out locals during the week end. The park get very crowded of people eating, drinking and strolling around. The park is huge and has many jogging paths.

Beautiful place, very popular on weekends. If you can visit on a week day its a pleasure specially in spring, September onwards when the rose bushes aré at their best. Quite a large garden lovely to walkabout at leisure, very well kept. With all the greenery carefully trimmed by specialists. Super to walk, relax and enjoy. A plus of a... More
