A small clum with live shows. We had a Rock show. The place is OK, the food is average, the atmosphere is good. The show we were participating was not great. Too noisy, not flying.

The night I went to Boris, the band was 17 deep with 11 saxaphones. The crowd was engaged, and the band came to play. The whole thing felt like a scene from Casablanca, with an international audience, and a band that ranged in age from 20 to 65. Drinks were cheap, service was good, acoustics were great. Fantastic jazz experience,... More

The club is a nice place, try visiting at Sunday night (when there's the Boris Big Band show). Music was excellent, wine and dining options are variable, prices are fair and totally worth the memories of a good show. I'd would surely come back again.

Among the hundreds of options by-night in Buenos Aires, Boris is a must. Everyday of the week there´s a great programme , but if you manage to get there when the Boris Club Band plays, you will enjoy one of the best domestic "porteño" jazz shows ever. 14 artists on scene make a real difference compared with the classical jazz... As a musician who performs jazz I was attracted to this jazz club where is 10 min walking distance to my hostal. On Sunday night there was Boris Big Band Playing jazz featuring Charles Mingus at 8:30 pm. I loved the listening room that was not touristic at all. Had some wine and enjoyed the music without paying a fortune.... More

This is not a night club but a proper venue where excellent live music is played and enjoyed. SO If you like live music with a great atmosphere, Boris is a must visit. We enjoyed it so much after the first visit we went again a few days later and were not disappointed - it was even better! The musicians... More

Having been in the top jazz venues in London, New York, cape Town and so on, this os my favourite. Modern and airy, with nice food and drinks, good quality of the sound, great balcony and very reasonable prices. There is some charge to enter, but over all very very reasonable for the quality. Been there twice, but I wish... More

Went on a Sunday for the big band. We had gone the night before. Great atmosphere and wonderful musicians. 15 piece big band. They played classics and some newer things. So glad we went there. Food was good as well.

I randomly just bought a ticket and walked into this club on my first night in the city while wondering the street looking for something to do and I was pleasantly surprised. The sound quality was really great and the cocktails were rather good. My only gripe was that sometimes it was really difficult to get the staffs attention and... More

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
