Owner description: Argentina is famed for its rich and fruity Malbec along with other varietals. But if you can't make it up to the Mendoza wine region, let Mendoza meet you in Buenos Aires! Anuva Wines carefully hand-picks boutique wines from Argentina, such as fruity Malbec, Bonarda and Argentina's flagship white wine, Torrontes. They do daily wine tastings in English, Spanish and Portuguese from their tasting loft in Palermo Soho. Think a glass of malbec accompanied by Spanish chorizo, assorted cheeses and carne empanadas! Tastings are relaxing, personal, and conducted by a friendly and fun Anuva Sommelier. An Anuva Tasting Includes: ● 5 limited production wines from boutique Argentine wineries paired with 5 traditional Argentine Tapas ● A fun, informative chat about the different wines, where they come from and the history of wine in Argentina ● Option to ship your favorites to your home in United States and Australia

Anuva Wines has a monopoly on the wine tasting market in Buenos Aires. There is nothing else like it, so you don't really have a choice if it's something that you want to do. We tried to attend a wine tasting offered by a hotel in Palermo the night before, and it was canceled sometime during the 15 minutes that... More

Hi Flora, It is great that you enjoyed our service, our space, and the tasting. We are very pleased you enjoyed your experience and noticed that we are pretty organized =). We are regularly applauded for overall value and it is unfortunate that you felt the experience was slightly expensive. We feel that with the endless pours of wine, tapas... More

We had a great time at Anuva and enjoyed their wines! They provide very generous pours (more than most American tastings) and even provide refills if you want for each one. The loft is lovely and decorated very charmingly. The sommelier was very friendly and knowledgable. The food was good, although I wouldn't call it gourmet. Overall, we had a... More

When we arrived outside Anuva Wines, we and our driver thought we had gone to the wrong place. In fact, he phoned back to the office to verify the address, as the door gave no indication whatsoever of the business that lay behind it. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, the wines were glorious and the food pairings inspired. A... More

We were bummed that logistics did not work out for us during our trip and couldn't make it to Mendoza. However, this was a great way to have Mendoza brought to us in Buenos Aires! The Sommelier Cara was quite fun, knew her wine and was excited to share her knowledge with us. The wine was great as was the... More

My wife and I recently enjoyed a great tasting experience at Anuva. The selection of wines and accompanying tasty treats were outstanding, and Cara did a fantastic job of educating our mind and our palates to the spectrum of Argentine wines. Certainly encouraged a visit to the Mendoza region where we might get lost for several days!!! :) A very... More

I loved my tasting at Anuva! Cara is very knowledgeable and personal and the wines were incredible. I ended up buying a box with free shipping in the US too. The food was excellent and the space very beautiful. Highly recommended!

Learned a lot about wines from Mendoza, since we were unable to take the long trip to their vineyards. Anuva wine tasting provided a great overall experience that even my college aged children enjoyed. The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable, the place was clean and personable. The groupings were small and personable. The food was just right with the wine... More

We really enjoyed the wine, tapas and people at Anuva. We ordered a case and it was shipped to us in the US for free. We will probably order more soon. It was a great experience and I highly recommend taking the time to schedule a tasting while in BA.

The wine tasting we had at Anuva Wines was a truly wonderful way to learn more about Argentinian wines and culture. Our group was very small (only 3 in total) so we had a lot of personal attention from the sommelier, Diego. He was very passionate about the wines and made the experience very fun and interesting without any pretension.... More

Such an enjoyable evening. And the staff is excellent. I loved every part - the wine, the food, and all that you learn. Its worth every penny. You'll come away with a knowledge and appreciation of the Argentinian wines that is beyond value. I also ordered some wines to be shipped home to me. Now I get to enjoy delicious... More
