We got a taxi from our hotel (Liberty Lykia) which took about 10 mins. We walked from the town centre to the Blue Lagoon and I would definitely recommend the 15 mins walk in. It was beautiful, shallow calm water. I just wished that could've spent more time there.

It was empty at the time of year we went, but all the more beautiful for it. Once we got over the fact we were one of the few people there we jumped on a pedalo and made the most of the empty lagoon and enjoyed the views.

We were here for the first week in the season and it was very quiet. There were sunbeds canoes and pedalos available, but none of the restaurants were yet open. The car park is massive which suggests that in the Summer months it would be very busy. It is beautiful, and we enjoyed swimming in what was quiet and peaceful... More

Beautiful trip, fresh fish and meat cooked on the bbq. we got to swim in the sea when the boat stopped. The sunset was just something else. Would highly recommend it and it wasn't expensive either. A trip into town and there are loads of people trying to sell excursions to you so don't be afraid to haggle a price... More

This place is unbelievably beautiful. You must sit on the side facing out onto the open water, We sat at the end of the spit near the lagoon. The water was warm in October and very pleasant for swimming. There are floating pontoons to swim out to, pedalos, hire of snorkels and more. The snorkeling is a must especially for... More

Crystal Clear water, plenty of sports activities, decent food and beer on the beach is all you need for an entertaining/relaxed sunny holiday. It is quite famous for paragliding and has boats that set off for deep sea - day, morning(sunrise) and evening(sunsets) tours with onboard options of Fish/Chicken meals. We took a day tour of 5 Islands visits. The... More

A twenty min walk takes you to the lagoon . There is a small charge to get in on the one side but you can walk around the back were there are hotels and sugar beach were you can get married and listen to reggae music.
