Simonsig has good sparkling wine. The Chenin Blanc is also a nice wine and a really bargain. There are not many wines where you can get such a good price/quality relation like the Chenin Blanc that they have. Big tasting room, friendly staff, also a nice outdoor area where you can also taste the wine if the weather permits. More

Of the six vineyards we visited, this was our second best--only because it did not have a spectacular mountain view in the wine tasting area (they gave that to the restaurant).Their 2008 Redhill Pinotage is out of this world good! Very enjoyable place with a friendly staff. More
