A out of town friend stayed a few mights at the Wigwam Resort. I have to admit I love the wigwam. The Wigan is a Historical hotel that has modernized but has been able to retain the historical past beautifully. The Wigwam has magnificent restaurant, beautiful golf courses, day spa, places to walk, pools, bocce courts, and volleyball. When you... More

Phoenix's first resort. 3 distinct golf courses, well-appointed rooms that are more than plush and comfortable. Great events and conference space, well-maintained grounds, and authentic southwest flair, aritwork and motif.

We recently were in the Phoenix area with a number of customers and booked in a round of golf at Wigwam. We golfed the Gold Course that day. We were a mix of golfer at different levels, but all of our group had a very enjoyable time. The course was in great shape. The greens were maybe not ideal shape,... More

The course was in very good shape. The greens ran very true. Not the most receptive greens though. Not a lot of check up. The pace of play was very reasonable. It a very good test of golf from the back tees. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. The only feed back would be better signage for where you go to... More

I was visiting with family in the nearby community of Avondale. I was invited to go to the outdoor "Rock 'n Roll" concert. The music was fantastic and the event was free. It was most enjoyable. The following weekend we went back to the Arts Festival at the Wigwam and enjoyed the Hoop Dancers. It's a great venue with lots... More

I hate writing a review where the recent experience has been a bit of a let down when, earlier, it had been wonderful...But such is the case with our recent visit to the Wigwam resort. Some background - we have been to the Wigwam resort several times, together or bringing guests to enjoy a nice meal, a glass of wine,... More

Stayed there for the second and third time this Fall. This was separated by a four-day side trip to Tucson and southern Arizona. On the last evening before our flight home, my wife suffered an irregular and very fast heart rate. Staff were very helpful in guiding the ambulance to our adobe and then directing me to the local hospital... More

We enjoyed our stay here. We went to the nascar race which was fairly close so didn't have a chance to take advantage of the many amenities. I would come back again just to enjoy the pool and wander the grounds, play golf. The staff were very helpful. Our room was quite large and clean. We enjoyed being able to... More

We go to the Wigwam on Friday nights with a group of friends for happy hour and live entertainment. The bar food is great and the entertainers enjoyable. Layout of the resort is a little strange, - self parking is a bit of a hike to bar area, (They offer valet parking) We always have a good time and the... More
