Just the right combination of interesting animals and experiences makes this a really good natural zoo. There are some endangered animals many of which the ranch helps to breed. The guides are interesting and humorous and the tour is not too long. One can then enjoy the snakes, wild cats, crocodiles and birds at leisure. Our 4 year old child... More

After a very nice tour of all the animals, we had encounters (in the cage) of the Cheetahs, the Cheetah cubs and the Lemurs. Certainly an experience we will never ever forget, it was great!

Not so impressive considering you are in a country which has an abundance of wild animals and beautiful reserves in which to keep them.

Me and my sister were on holiday and had a stop over at Oudtshoorn. The cango wildlife Ranch is a must visit place. The cheetah project the are 'running' there is a wonderful attraction to the ranch. We enjoyed the 'walk-over' bridge over the crocodile pond, although at a funny way, got 'scarred' when the ranger trigger the bridge to... More

This was a stop on a 2 day Safari excursion our group booked through Viator. It was all inclusive so I don't have much information as far as admission. We took a tour through all the animal habitats with a very knowledgeable guide. The ranch does have the feel of a zoo to it, so do not expect this to... More

I love every visit to Cango Wildlife ranch. The animals are beautiful however i would have liked to see normal orange tigers as well not only white tigers. The snakes was the main attraction for me, but the state they were in saddened me. For example keeping two ball pythons in one cage is a really big no no. The... More

We enjoyed the animal encounters and walking through the park, which was like a small zoo. The guided tour was a bit cheesy but may have been enjoyable for kids. The encounters offered included cheetah, cerval, lemurs, crocodile cage diving, and Lorikeet birds. At different times of year, they offer other types of encounters. The encounters were wonderful interactions with... More
