If you are in Knysna then one of the biggest attractions to see are the Knysna heads. You park your car at the top of the Western Head and there are car guards that will look after your car. (Remember to tip them on your return). You then walk through a little bush and then the view hits you! Stunning!... More

Incredible. You have to see it at its most placid AND at its roughest. When its placid, there is hardle a ripple, let alone a wave coming through, there is no wind, the water is blue and you can see down 20 feet. Just beautiful! And at is roughest during a summer gale, there are these huge 20 ft or... More

Short walk with absolutely breath taking views at the Knysna Heads. Completely awesome experience. Try out the Heads restuarant on your way down.

Well worth visiting, take the tour with the Featherbed company! A lovely view of the heads and the walking trail is lovely. A good restaurant too

A nice change from the beach. This area has a lot of history and is perfect to view on a sunny day. There is also a lovely cafe here and serves great coffee and cakes!

The way the Heads of Knysna maintains its majesty despite human development is quite unique. The seems to say, it is OK. Everything is OK at any moment in time.

Visited the area for last five years most nights we go there around 6pm for a cocktail at the heads, sometimes we get tempted and have food. Sundays are great for lunch on the terrace. The views are just amazing and the horizon ever changing. The place has a great vibe. Families and couples mingle well. Daytime good for pebble... More

nice view on the lagoon as well as the ocean. At the top, some amazing houses are built. That on its own is already nice to see.

Really beautiful especially at low tide and one can look for small fish and shells in the pools? Great restaurant overlooking the heads and nice to be there to see the tide coming in.

This is a beuatiful sight to behold, you need to go for a bit of a steep walk to view it to its best, but it is well worth the climb. Also a nice place for children to play in the paddles
