Situated in a SAN Parks area it is a beautiful park to stay in. It has various Chalets to stay in and a limited caravan park. Day visitors also welcome. It has a restaurant and small shop. You can join groups to dive, snorkel, trails or walk on the suspension bridge.

We self drove the garden route heading to route 62 from Knysna. The roads are great and the scenery nice too, although coming from New Zealand I think we are spoiled for coastal and mountain scenery here so we weren't completely blown away by the scenery. Food, accommodation and various attractions were all fabulous. Stopped off at the famous surf... More

We liked to travel through the Tstsikamma and wilderness park. The only problem was that we seee quite a lot of forrests when travelling in Finland. So it may be is was not so exited than for people down there, because SA doesn't have nature forrests as much as we have.

The route from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth is dotted with so many beaches and resorts that there is no dearth of what one can do. You can just stop your car, get off and either picnic on the hillside, or on the beach, which will be on either side of you.

We did the Kranshoek day hike. Magnificent views and most variation in scenery! The trail takes roughly three hours to complete. Make sure to wear proper shoes as the trail can be slippery at some points.

It is a very nice place with a lot of things to do. Wild nature, nice walks, nice sea shore, boat trips, diving, camping and a lot more.

Our route was from Cape Town- Franschhoek- Oudtshoorn - Knysna. Very easy driving with good roads and majestic scenery. Make sure you are ready to tip at sevice stations when they wash windscreen and fill your car. Between 3 and 5 Rand each.

An amazing part of the world to explore and discover nature at it's most magnificent. Is the swing bridge safe for children, we noticed some open spaces between the bottom of the sides and the floor of the bridge, and wondered is it supposed to be like that?
